Reminders don’t ring on Android

Allow notifications and alarms for LifeCareMate, and set battery usage to “Unrestricted” in the phone’s app settings.

Moving to a new phone

Turn on My devices (sync), then on the new phone sign in with the same account and scan the “Add device” QR code — or use your saved recovery link.

Deleting your data

Everything on the phone is removed when you delete the app. To delete your account and all server data: Settings → Account → Delete my account. No access to the app any more? Email privacy@lifecaremate.com from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
